Blackberry Bourbon Sour Cocktail
- 2 oz bourbon Recommend 90 - 100 proof
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed sour mix 2:1 lemon to lime juice
- 6 blackberries
Shake all ingredients over hard ice. Double-strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water, garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice flag, insert a straw and serve.
