Honey Lavender Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 farm egg white
  • ½ oz honey syrup 1:1
  • ½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Dry shake:

    1 farm egg white

    ½ oz honey syrup (1:1)

    ½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup

    1 oz lemon juice

  2. Add:

    2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon

    Ice

  3. Wet shake.

  4. Strain into rock glass over fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with lavender sprig.
