NEW DATE! – KY Craft Bourbon Dinner @ The Speakeasy at the Venues of the Grand Reserve

September 20, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

$65

New Date!

Experience the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour® without leaving your seat!
Join us for an evening exploring the newest distillers plying the bourbon craft here in Kentucky. We’ll taste a combination of small batch, pot still and custom-sourced bourbons and look at how craft distillers are expanding the concept of what bourbon can be by experimenting with unique grain recipes and non-traditional barrel sizes.

The evening will open with a specialty cocktail: “The Left Hand” by PDT accompanied with appetizers at The Speakeasy bar.

At 6pm, Tim will lead you through a tasting of select bourbons from member distilleries of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour® program.

Followed by a gourmet dinner menu by Bluegrass Catering:

  • Appetizer ~ Baked Zucchini Fries sprinkled with Parmesan, Dijon lemon sauce dip
  • Salad ~ Bluegrass Salad: lettuce, fresh pears, dried cranberries, sautéed walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles and drizzled with bourbon vinaigrette
  • Entree ~ Citrus Sorghum Glazed Chicken over Naughty Truffle Cream Corn with Flame Grilled Pineapple, Basil and Cucumber
  • Dessert ~ Ky Spiced Stack Cake made with Craft Bourbon
Vegetarian entrees available, please ask in advance!

Featured bourbons will include:

  • Jefferson’s Very Small Batch Bourbon
  • Pure Kentucky Bourbon by Willett
  • Noah’s Mill Bourbon by Willett
  • RockCastle Bourbon by Barrel House Distilling Co.

After dinner drinks available at the Cash Bar in The Speakeasy
