Springtime Sipping • Bourbon Pairing Dinner at The KY Castle

While Bourbon has no seasons, Kentucky certainly does! Come just us for this special Spring pairing dinner featuring early Kentucky produce and local meats paired with a selection of lighter and sweeter Bourbons to match the season.
We’ll open the evening with a Bourbon cocktail and appetizers reception followed by a three-course dinner.
Tim Knittel, The Kentucky Castle’s Bourbon Steward-in-Residence, will guide you through a one-time-only bourbon and bourbon cocktail pairing dinner menu.
This event menu was expertly planned by the full Kentucky Castle team of chefs and overseen by Executive Chef, Jason Walls.
• Tapenade Crostini appetizers • Paired with a Maker’s Mark Honey Lavender Sour
?Each course is paired with both a half sized cocktail and 1 oz pour of bourbon or rye.
• Arugula Salad With Shaved Parmesan And Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes ?Paired with Larceny bourbon & a Limestone Basil Highball
• Lemongrass Ginger Chicken, with Garlic Sautéed Rainbow Swiss Chard and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes With Artichoke Butter ?Paired with Woodford Reserve Rye & a Lemongrass and Cane Julep
• Pineapple Bourbon Upside Down Cake ?Paired with Rabbit Hole Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon & a Kentucky Spring Flip
