honey syrup

lavender-infused simple syrup

lemon juice

Maker’s Mark bourbon
ice
Instructions
Dry shake:
1 farm egg white
½ oz honey syrup (1:1)
½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Add:
2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
Ice
Wet shake.
Strain into rock glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with lavender sprig.
