Honey Lavender Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 farm egg white
  • ½ oz honey syrup 1:1
  • ½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
  • ice

Instructions

  • Dry shake:
    1 farm egg white
    ½ oz honey syrup (1:1)
    ½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup
    1 oz lemon juice
  • Add:
    2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
    Ice
  • Wet shake.
  • Strain into rock glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with lavender sprig.
