Honey Lavender Sour
Ingredients
- 1 farm egg white
- ½ oz honey syrup 1:1
- ½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbon
- ice
Instructions
- Dry shake:1 farm egg white½ oz honey syrup (1:1)½ oz lavender-infused simple syrup1 oz lemon juice
- Add:2 oz Maker’s Mark bourbonIce
- Wet shake.
- Strain into rock glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with lavender sprig.
