Orange Brûlée Ginger Sour
- 2 oz Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Cask Finish (or other wine cask finished bourbon)
- 1 oz Stirrings Ginger Liqueur (accept no substitutes)
- Juice of 1/3 orange
- Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice. Top with orange slice dusted with brown sugar and brûléed (oven broiled or torched).
