(or other wine cask finished bourbon)

Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
(accept no substitutes)
Juice of 1/3 orange
Instructions
Shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice. Top with orange slice dusted with brown sugar and brûléed (oven broiled or torched).
