Instructions
Pre-chill all ingredients and lowball glass
Dry shake:
2 t black peppercorns
dash soy sauce (prefer Bourbon Barrel Foods)
¼ oz kelp water
½ oz strong cinnamon and ginger syrup
short dash tabasco
Add and dry shake:
1 oz American rye whiskey
Hawthorne strain into chilled lowball glass (strain out peppercorns)
Slow pour top 1 oz Victory Sour Monkey beer
