Course Drinks

Ingredients

  • 1 dash Boker’s bitters
  • ¼ oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz Antica
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Bourbon

Instructions

  • Long stir over hard ice, strain into chilled martini or coupe glass.

The Spicy One

Ingredients

  • 2 t black peppercorns
  • 1 dash soy sauce prefer Bourbon Barrel Foods
  • ¼ oz kelp water
  • ½ oz strong cinnamon and ginger syrup
  • 1 short dash tabasco
  • 1 oz American rye whiskey
  • 1 oz Victory Sour Monkey beer

Instructions

Pre-chill all ingredients and lowball glass

    Dry shake:

    • 2 t black peppercorns
    • dash soy sauce (prefer Bourbon Barrel Foods)
    • ¼ oz kelp water
    • ½ oz strong cinnamon and ginger syrup
    • short dash tabasco

    Add and dry shake:

    • 1 oz American rye whiskey

    Hawthorne strain into chilled lowball glass (strain out peppercorns)

      Slow pour top 1 oz Victory Sour Monkey beer


        Dry Rye Highball

        Ingredients

        • 2 oz American rye whiskey
        • 3 oz infused Limestone seltzer water

        Instructions

        • Wet shake: 2 oz American rye whiskey
        • Strain into chilled Collins glass
        • Top 3 oz infused Limestone seltzer water

        Infused Limestone Seltzer Water

        Ingredients

        • 750 ml limestone water
        • 2 lemongrass sticks
        • additional flavors (coriander, cinnamon-basil, mint, etc.)

        Instructions

        Boil for 15 – 20 minutes:

        • 750ml limestone water
        • 2 lemongrass sticks

        Allow to cool, strain, add additional flavors (coriander, cinnamon-basil, mint, etc.). Cold infuse for 12-24 hours.

          Strain into seltzer bottle, refrigerate.


            The Sweet One

            Ingredients

            • 1 oz Bourbon
            • 1 oz Luxardo cherry syrup
            • 1 oz orgeat or vanilla almond milk
            • 1.5 oz Bourbon Cream
            • 1 egg yolk
            • 1 egg white
            • 1 dash cinnamon bitters

            Instructions

            This is a layered cocktail and can either be created in a chilled lowball glass or it makes a great shooter divided into four 1.5-2 oz shot glasses.

            • Bottom: dry shake in pre-chilled shaker 1 oz Luxardo cherry syrup + 1 oz Bourbon
            • Middle-Bottom: 1 oz orgeat or vanilla almond milk, layer via back of spoon
            • Middle-Top: dry shake in pre-chilled shaker 1 egg yolk + 1.5 oz Bourbon Cream, layer via back of spooner via back of spoon
            • Top: dry shake in pre-chilled shaker with Hawthorne strainer spring added 1 egg white, layer with a spoon
            • Garnish: dash cinnamon bitters
