Pink Pear Sour
- 2oz bourbon (in this case Bulliet)
- 2oz pear juice (from canned pears)
- shake over ice, strain over fresh ice
- half the liquid from a can of beans (traditionally Chickpeas but we used northern white beans) add 1 teaspoon of beet juice and dry shake until foamy

Pantry Toddy
In a mug
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 dash ginger bitters
- 1.5 oz rye bourbon
- 1/4 dried chili 🌶 in a strainer
- pour hot water over – Cinnamon stick to stir
If you have used too much chili a splash of cream will help balance it.
