Crazy Cabin Fever Cocktails – Day 2 – March 16, 2020

Tim made a …Pink Pear Sour- 2oz bourbon (in this case Bulliet)- 2oz pear juice (from canned pears)- shake over ice, strain over fresh ice- half the liquid from a can of beans (traditionally Chickpeas but we used northern white beans) add 1 teaspoon of beet juice and dry shake until foamy- spoon over your cocktail Shell made a…Pantry ToddyIn a mug- 2 teaspoons honey- 3 dash ginger bitters- 1.5 oz rye bourbon- 1/4 dried chili 🌶 in a strainer- pour hot water over – Cinnamon stick to stirIf you have used too much chili a splash of cream will help balance it.🥃 Cheers!

In a mug

  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 dash ginger bitters
  • 1.5 oz rye bourbon
  • 1/4 dried chili 🌶 in a strainer
  • pour hot water over – Cinnamon stick to stir

If you have used too much chili a splash of cream will help balance it.
