Knob Creek Barely Apple Old Fashioned
Shake briefly over hard ice:
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• smallest dash ground cloves
• smallest dash ground cinnamon
• 1/4 oz apple juice
• 2 oz Bourbon (we used Knob Creek)
Add 1/4 oz seltzer. Double-strain into pre-chilled coupe. Garnish with spiced apple sliced fan flag.
Rabbit Hole Gin Blueberry Soda Float
Build in Collins glass.
Stir together:
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz Rabbit Hole gin
Fill to 3/4 full with seltzer. Top gently with scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream. Drizzle blueberries in juice or syrup. Garnish with mint, add straw and serve.
