This complex and refreshing beverage has a zesty, sweet profile that is both invigorating and satisfying. Orange bitters mimic the qualities of triple sec in our custom cocktail recipe. The salted rim adds a savory counterpoint that enhances the drink’s overall taste.

- 1 Jigger
- 1 stir stick
- 6 sugar in the raw
- Orange Scrappy’s bitters
- 4 lime packets
- rimming salt
Guests bring:
- 2 rocks glasses (per person)
- 2 plates
- Water
- Ice
The Rita – Cocktail Kit 2024
Ingredients
- Rimming salt
- 2-3 packets sugar in the raw
- 1 oz water
- 1.5-2 oz Bourbon / Tequila
- 2 lime packets
- 3 drops Scrappy’s orange bitters
- Ice
Instructions
- Rim 1st glass with salt
- In 2nd glass: 2-3 packets sugar in the raw
- 1 oz water
- 1.5-2 oz Bourbon / Tequila
- 2 lime packets
- 3 drops Scrappy’s orange bitters
- Stir
- Add ice & stir
- Dump into salted glass
