Ed Comfort is a LEAN manufacturing systems trainer who’s been himself training into the Bourbon industry for several years now. He’s certified as an Executive Bourbon Steward, a graduate of Tim Knittel’s Kentucky Bourbon School year-long program and has a fantastic palate.
