Manhattan Variation #1

I had two citrus-based cocktail during some research earlier today, so I figured I needed to go the other direction to close the evening.

Fill tumbler with ice, add:

• 2 dashes Bitter Truth aromatic bitters

• 2 dashes Scrappy’s grapefruit bitters

• 3/4 oz Martini & Rossi sweet vermouth

• 2 oz Rabbit Hole bourbon

Stir at length, strain over fresh ice and garnish with Mess Hall cocktail cherries
