Kentucky Spring Flip Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Rabbit Hole Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon
- 1 whole farm fresh egg
Instructions
- Combine in shaker over hard ice:
2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 oz simple syrup, 2 oz Rabbit Hole Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon, 1 whole farm fresh egg - Shake for 2 minutes.
- Julep-strain into coupe, dust with spice powder (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, vanilla bean and sugar), and serve.
