Classic Mint Julep
• Strip 5-6 lower leaves from mint sprig.
• Rub leaves gently inside the julep cup, starting at the bottom and working up to the lip.
• Discard the leaves.
• Fill the cup with crushed ice to overflowing.
• Add 1 oz simple syrup and 2-3 oz Bourbon.
• Stir gently to combine.
• Slap mint leaves and insert sprig into cup.
• Add straw & serve.

Kentucky Tea Julep
• 1 cup Elmwood Inn Kentucky Blend Tea (brewed)
• 2 ounces Woodford Reserve Bourbon
• 1 ounce Tuaca Orange-Vanilla Liqueur (we used 1/2 oz curacao and 1/2 oz vanilla vodka)
• 1 ounce simple syrup1 cup crushed ice1 sprig fresh mint
• Brew Kentucky Blend Tea according to label directions. Allow to cool to room temperature.
• In a cocktail shaker, muddle (crush) mint with ice.
• Add all ingredients and shake vigorously.
• Strain into glass half-filled with crushed ice.Garnish with orange slice and mint.

Mint Tea Julep Mocktail
Strip 5-6 lower leaves from mint sprig. Rub leaves gently inside the julep cup, starting at the bottom and working up to the lip. Discard the leaves. Fill the cup with crushed ice to overflowing.
Add:
• dash vanilla extract
• short squeeze fresh orange juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz Elmwood Inn Kentucky Blend Tea (brewed and cooled)
• Stir gently to combine.
• Slap mint leaves and insert sprig into cup.
• Garnish with orange slice, add straw and serve.
