Hilary’s Guava Foamy (these recipe names may get changed but this is what Tim typed and I am tired)
Shake over hard ice:
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1.5 oz Bourbon (we used Old Forester Signature)
• 2 oz guava (pear-guava) juice
Strain out ice. Add:
• 1 egg white
Dry shake, dump into pre-chilled coupe. Top with ground cinnamon and freshly gratednutmeg.
Hilary’s Coffee Foamy
Shake over hard ice:
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz Bourbon (we used Old Forester Signature)
• 2 oz cold coffee
Strain out ice. Add:
• 1 oz aquafaba
Dry shake, dump into pre-chilled coupe. Top with powdered cocoa, ground cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg.
