— Dry Bourbon Highball —
Collins glass:
• 2 oz Bourbon (you want Maker’s Mark for this)
• 4 to 8 oz sparkling water to preference

— “American” Highball —
Collins glass:
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• lemon peel, zest into glass and drop in
• 2 oz Bourbon of choice
• top with seltzer

— Chocolate H&C Highball —
Glass of choice:
• 2 dashes The Cocktail Experiment Chocolate bitters
• 2 oz Hartfield & Co. Bourbon
• top with seltzer
