Sazerac Lite
Stir over hard ice for 60-90 seconds:
• 2 dashes Boker’s bitters
• 1 oz dry vermouth (we used Dolin)
• 2 oz high-rye Rye (we used Bulleit)Double-strain (Hawthorne + fine mesh) into pre-chilled coupe.
Twist and rim with lemon zest, discard zest and serve.

Redheaded Manhattan
Stir over hard ice for 60-90 seconds:
• 2 (or 5 if they’re small) dashes Hella Ginger bitters
• 1/2 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos sherry
• 1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
• 2 oz Old Forester Signature Bourbon
Double-strain (Hawthorne + fine mesh) into pre-chilled coupe. Add cocktail cherry and serve.
