This is really a cross between an Old Fashioned & a Manhattan with a delicious walnut twist. This drink is almost like drinking a cross between a cocktail and a true digestif.

- 2 dashes Walnut Bitters Napa Valley Distillery is our current favorite here
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz Sweet Vermouth Carpano Antica Formula
- 2 oz Bourbon Four Roses Small Batch works well
